1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between Math4SAT ("Provider," "we," "us," or "our"), an educational technology platform specializing in SAT mathematics preparation, and you, the user of the platform ("User," "you," or "your"). By accessing, registering, and utilizing the Math4SAT platform, website, mobile application, content, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the Services. Your continued access and use of Math4SAT constitutes your acceptance of any modi cations or amendments to these Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically for updates. Signi cant changes will be noti ed via email or platform announcement.
3. Eligibility and User Responsibilities
3.1 Age Requirements Math4SAT is intended for students ages 13 and above. Users under 13 years of age are not permitted to register for or use the Services without veri able parental consent. Users ages 13-17 may use the Services with parental supervision. 3.2 Account Registration To access certain Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for: Maintaining the con dentiality of your login credentials Ensuring that information provided during registration is truthful and accurate Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your Account All activities and actions occurring under your Account You agree not to impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your a liation with any person or entity. 3.3 User Conduct Users agree to use Math4SAT in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: Posting, uploading, or transmitting o ensive, defamatory, or abusive content Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts Reproducing, distributing, or republishing Content without permission Using automated tools or bots to access the Services Engaging in harassment, bullying, or discrimination Sharing login credentials with unauthorized individuals Attempting to interfere with platform functionality or security Math4SAT reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited conduct.
5. Payment and Subscription Terms
5.1 Pricing and Payment Methods Math4SAT o ers various subscription plans and course packages with di erent pricing structures (monthly, quarterly, annual, or pay per-session). All prices are displayed in the currency speci ed during registration and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made through the payment methods accepted by Math4SAT, including but not limited to: Credit and debit cards Digital payment platforms Bank transfers Installment options (where available) 5.2 Billing and Charges By providing payment information, you authorize Math4SAT to charge your account for services rendered in accordance with your selected subscription plan. You are responsible for ensuring that payment information is current and accurate. If a payment fails, Math4SAT may: Attempt to reprocess the payment Suspend or limit access to Services Pursue collection action for outstanding balances 5.3 Subscription Renewal and Auto-Billing Some subscription plans renew automatically upon expiration. You acknowledge that you are authorizing recurring charges at the frequency and amount speci ed during registration. You are responsible for managing your subscription preferences and cancellation through your Account settings. 5.4 Refunds and Cancellation Refund eligibility depends on the speci c subscription plan and service purchased. General refund policy: Full refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the service has not been accessed Partial refunds may be available if cancellation occurs mid subscription, calculated on a pro-rata basis No refunds are available for completed tutoring sessions or accessed content Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@math4sat.com with clear justi cation. Math4SAT reserves the right to deny refunds for accounts violating these Terms. To cancel your subscription, access your Account settings or contact support@math4sat.com. Cancellation takes e ect at the end of your current billing cycle. 5.5 Price Changes Math4SAT reserves the right to modify pricing and subscription plans with 30 days' advance notice. Existing subscriptions will continue at the current rate until the next renewal cycle, at which the new pricing applies
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
7.1 "As-Is" Service Math4SAT provides Services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding: Uninterrupted access to or availability of Services Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of Content Fitness for particular purpose Non-infringement of third-party rights Quality or performance of Services 7.2 Technical Disclaimers While Math4SAT strives to maintain platform functionality, we do not warrant that: Services will operate without errors, interruptions, or defects Technical issues or bugs will not occur Services are compatible with all devices, browsers, or operating systems Access will never be interrupted for maintenance or updates 7.3 No Medical, Legal, or Professional Advice Content provided by Math4SAT is educational in nature only and does not constitute medical, legal, nancial, or professional advice. Any reliance on such Content is at your own risk.
9. Indemni cation
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Math4SAT and its o cers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: Your violation of these Terms Your use of Services Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights Your user-generated content Any breach of representations or warranties made by you
11. Third-Party Services and Links
Math4SAT may contain links to third-party websites, resources, or services that are not under our control. We are not responsible for: Availability or accuracy of third-party content Privacy practices of third-party services Performance or functionality of external links Any transactions or interactions with third parties Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. Math4SAT assumes no liability for third-party services accessed through our platform.
13. Termination
You may terminate your Account and access to Services at any time by contacting support@math4sat.com or through Account settings. Upon termination, your right to access Services immediately ceases. 13.2 Termination by Math4SAT Math4SAT may suspend or terminate your Account and access to Services without notice if: You violate these Terms or other policies Your Account is associated with fraudulent or illegal activity You engage in harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior Payment cannot be processed You violate intellectual property or other rights of Math4SAT or third parties Math4SAT ceases operations in your region 13.3 E ect of Termination Upon termination or suspension: Your right to access Services immediately ceases You remain liable for any outstanding charges or balances Data associated with your Account may be permanently deleted Provisions regarding intellectual property, liability limitations, and indemni cation survive termination
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous negotiations, discussions, and agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter.
19. Waiver and Severability
The failure of Math4SAT to enforce any right or provision in these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and e ect.

"Account" refers to the user account created upon registration with Math4SAT. "Content" includes all educational materials, video tutorials, practice problems, solutions, explanations, interactive tools, and other instructional resources provided through the Services. "Services" refers to all features, functionality, content, and tools provided by Math4SAT, including but not limited to tutoring sessions, video lessons, practice tests, performance analytics, and live instruction. "Intellectual Property" refers to all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, and other proprietary rights related to Math4SAT's Content and platform. "User" includes students, parents/guardians, educators, and any individual or entity accessing the Services.

4. Educational Content and Disclaimers
4.1 Content Accuracy While Math4SAT strives to provide accurate, current, and reliable educational content, we do not guarantee that all Content is error free or completely accurate. SAT test format, question types, and scoring may change, and Content may not re ect the most recent updates from the College Board. 4.2 No Guarantee of Results Math4SAT provides instructional resources and tutoring services intended to support SAT mathematics preparation. However, we make no warranty or guarantee regarding: Achievement of speci c scores or performance levels Improvement in SAT mathematics performance Admission to educational institutions Success in academic endeavors Results depend on individual student e ort, prior knowledge, learning style, study habits, and numerous factors beyond the control of Math4SAT. 4.3 Educational Use Only All Content provided through Math4SAT is intended solely for educational purposes related to SAT mathematics preparation. Users agree not to use Content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from Math4SAT
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Math4SAT Ownership All Content, including video tutorials, practice problems, solutions, graphics, logos, website design, and other materials provided through Math4SAT, are owned or licensed by Math4SAT and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 6.2 Limited License Math4SAT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Content solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not permit you to: Reproduce, distribute, or republish Content Create derivative works based on Content Use Content for commercial purposes Remove or obscure copyright notices or attributions Reverse-engineer or decompile the platform Use Content on competing platforms 6.3 User-Generated Content If Math4SAT permits users to post, upload, or submit content (including forum posts, comments, or user-created study materials), you retain ownership of your original content but grant Math4SAT a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content for platform improvement and educational purposes. You represent and warrant that any user-generated content: Does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights Does not contain defamatory, o ensive, or illegal material Is original or properly licensed for your use Math4SAT reserves the right to remove user-generated content that violates these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Math4SAT, including its o cers, directors, employees, and agents, shall not be liable for: Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages Loss of pro ts, revenue, data, or use Damage to personal or business relationships Diminished reputation or standing Any damages arising from your inability to achieve desired academic results or SAT scores This limitation applies even if Math4SAT has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 8.2 Cap on Liability Math4SAT's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid for Services in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater. 8.3 Exceptions Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If such limitations are invalid in your jurisdiction, liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Any notices or communications required under these Terms shall be in writing and delivered via: Email to the address associated with your Account Posted notice on the Math4SAT platform Physical mail to the address provided by Math4SAT Notices are e ective upon sending or posting.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
10.1 Data Collection Math4SAT collects personal information including but not limited to name, email address, contact information, payment details, academic history, and performance data. This information is used to: Provide and improve Services Personalize the learning experience Process payments Send communications and noti cations Conduct analytics and research 10.2 Data Protection Compliance Math4SAT is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and other regulations. For detailed information on how your data is collected, used, and protected, please refer to our separate Privacy Policy. 10.3 Con dentiality Math4SAT maintains con dential records of student performance and personal information. This information shall not be shared with third parties except as required by law or with explicit written consent. 10.4 Parental Access For users under 18 years of age, parents or guardians may request access to account information and performance data by contacting support@math4sat.com with proper veri cation of guardianship.

14. Modification of Terms and Services
Math4SAT reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue Services or these Terms at any time. Signi cant changes will be communicated via email or noti cation on the platform. Your continued use of Services after modi cations constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Math4SAT may also discontinue Services or certain features without liability, provided that we provide reasonable notice where feasible.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modifed to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and e ect.
